Privacy policy of the print.gg website

 

Section 1.

In accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), as well as other generally applicable laws regarding the protection of personal data, we undertake to maintain the security and confidentiality of the personal data obtained. All service employees have been properly trained in the processing and protection of personal data.

 

Section 2.

Each User of the website may choose whether and to what extent they wish to use our services and share information about themselves. Every User of the Website has the right to remove them or not use our website.

 

Section 3.

  1. The administrator of the personal data of the website users is ADV Group Sp. limited liability company based in Olsztyn at ul. 50/515 Nowogrodzka Street.
  2. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (hereinafter referred to as DPO). This is the person who can be contacted in all matters relating to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to such processing.

Section 4.

When processing Users' personal data, we apply the following principles:

  1. lawfulness, fairness and transparency: We process personal data in accordance with the law. We provide comprehensive information on all matters related to this to the persons to whom the data relates (Users).
  2. minimisation and adequacy of data: we only process data (adequate) that is actually necessary to achieve a given purpose,
  3. data accuracy: we take the utmost care to ensure that the data we process is up to date and accurate,
  4. restrictions on the purpose and secure storage of processed data: We collect personal data only for specific and legally justified purposes. We store data in a form that allows the identification of the data subject. We only process them for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which we obtained them (unless we are required to process them further by law).
  5. data integrity and confidentiality: we provide technical and organisational solutions to ensure that the personal data processed is secure,
  6. accountability: we are able to demonstrate that we process personal data in accordance with applicable law.

 

Section 5.

  1. On our website, we collect the following personal data from Users:
    • name and surname – when placing an order, necessary for placing orders and contact;
    • home address or business address – for shipping the ordered goods;
    • telephone number – contact details for the purpose of order fulfilment;
    • email address – the order confirmation and any contact information is sent via email;
    • addresses – information resulting from general rules governing Internet connections, such as IP addresses (and other information contained in system logs);
    • cookies – the website uses cookie technology to tailor the website to individual needs and enable orders to be placed.
  2. Providing the above information is necessary in the following cases:
    • when making a purchase in the Shop, you must provide details to identify the Buyer;
    • Registration in the customer database is voluntary. Data is stored in the database to enable and facilitate shopping in the Shop.

 

  1. The user may agree to the above data being stored and used during subsequent visits to our website without having to re-enter it. The consent given by the User of the website may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Data Protection Officer (pro@print.gg).
  2. Owners of other websites will not have access to this information.
  3. If the User does not agree to the personalisation of the website, they should disable cookies in their web browser settings.

 

Section 6.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for specific purposes and the duration of such processing are as follows:

  • Objective – performance of the agreement between ADV Group Sp. limited liability company and the User of the website – legal basis – Article 6(6) 1 lit b) GDPR – necessary for the performance of a contract to which the User is party;
  • Purpose – marketing of the administrator's products and services (including automated analysis and profiling of data for marketing purposes), statistical measurements – legal basis – Article 6(6) 1 lit a) – consent of the data subject (User);
  • Purpose – processing of data for technical reasons to maintain the continuity of operation and functionality of the website – legal basis – Article 6(6) 1 lit f) – legitimate interest of the controller.
    The personal data of the Website User, within the scope of our services, will be processed only if we have one of the legal grounds for processing them permitted by the GDPR and only for the purpose adapted to the given ground, as described above.

 

The data will be processed for as long as there is a basis for its processing:

  • in the case of consent, until such time as it is withdrawn, restricted or other actions are taken on your part to limit this consent,
  • in the case of data necessary for the performance of a contract - for the duration of its performance and for the period necessary to pursue claims, as well as due to obligations provided for by law, e.g. tax,
  • where the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the controller – until such legitimate interest ceases to exist.

 

Section 7.

  1. If the User has given their consent, the e-mail address provided by them will be used for marketing purposes of the administrator's own products - ADV Group Sp. Ltd., ul. Nowogrodzka 50/515, as well as for statistical purposes. The consent given by the User of the website may be withdrawn at any time.
  2. If consent has been given to receive the newsletter, it can be revoked on the website. print.gg/my-account/edit-account

 

Section 8.

  1. We do not disclose personal data obtained from the User to third parties, except for entities cooperating with the website, e.g. payment system operators and courier and shipping companies that process payments for goods purchased on the website and deliver the purchased goods to Buyers, as well as hosting companies. In such cases, the amount of data transferred to companies cooperating with the service is limited to the minimum required.
  2. All companies cooperating with the website that gain access to personal data provided by Users have undertaken to protect such data in accordance with applicable law and to train their employees in the processing and protection of personal data obtained.
  3. The personal data we hold about Users may be disclosed to the relevant public authorities if required by applicable law.
  4. We do not store confidential data such as credit card numbers or bank account access details.

 

Section 9.

Personal data obtained from Users is not transferred outside the European Economic Area, and we do not plan to do so in the future.

 

Section 10.

  1. Users have the following rights in relation to our processing of their personal data:
    • the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of the data,
    • the right to request rectification of data,
    • the right to erasure (in certain situations),
    • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection,
    • the right to restrict data processing,
    • the right to object (in certain situations).
  2. If data is processed on the basis of consent, Users may additionally exercise their right to withdraw consent to the extent that data is processed on this basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The methods for withdrawing consent are specified in § 5 and § 7 above.
  3. If the User's data is processed on the basis of consent or as part of the service provided (the data is necessary for the provision of the service), the User may exercise the right to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive your personal data from the controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. They may be transferred to another data controller.

In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the controller or the Data Protection Officer (DPO) (details in § 3 above).

Section 11.

DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

As a user, you have the right to request that your personal data be removed from our database. To request the deletion of your data, you may:

  1. Send an email to: support@print.gg with the subject line “Request for data deletion”.
  2. Send a written request to our company address:

Your application should include:

  • First name and surname
  • Email address associated with the account
  • Scope of data to be deleted

Upon receipt of your application:

  1. We will confirm receipt within 72 hours.
  2. We will consider your application within 30 days.
  3. We will inform you by email about the status of your application.

We will remove all your personal data from our systems, except for those that we are required to retain in accordance with applicable law. In the case of such data, it will only be stored for the period required by law.
